I installed BestSync 2015 on 64bit Windows 8, I con not sync Outlook 2013 (32bit)- What must I do?
Because BestSync uses MAPI to synchronize with Outlook, if your Outlook is 32 bit version, you must install 32 bit BestSync to synchronize with 32bit Outlook.
The installer of BestSync 2015 detects the bit number of the OS, and install the same bit version of BestSync. If you want to install 32bit version BestSync on 64bit version Windows, please run the following command line of the installer:
