Hi there,

We are still finding that every once in a while Best Sync scheduled task statuses become "Scheduled in queue". It's nothing more than restarting the jobs to fix it however I was wondering if there is a way to set Best Sync to send an email if a job status becomes "Scheduled in queue or if a job hasn't run for X amount of time?

Hello,

I'm sorry that BestSync has not this kind of option now.
I think that the problem may have been fixed. If you are not using the newest version, please download and try the newest version.
