Problem in xml file synchronization

Hi
i created new task to synchronize xml file from local site to remote site, but i have problem so when task run, the file name on remote site to be changed. please let me know how can i fix this problem and need the file with unchanged name move to remote site.

BestSync will not change the name of synchronized file.
If BestSync uses a intermediate name, please ensure the following option is NOT checked.
