License Not Activated

Installed new license key and when viewing license it says not Activated. Went through the process to activate via web. How do I activate my license?
Tried to activate via mail also.

This problem is caused by the Windows 10 update.
Please start BestSync application by “Run as administrator” context menu of the desktop icon of BestSync, then activate the license again to see if the problem can be resolved.

Running as administrator, When I click activate by web I get a popup window that displays looks like html code. Close window by clicking on X and it still does not activate the license.
Can't paste the picture of the window being displayed. Plus this is a windows 2008 server that I am running bestsync on. Copied popup window screen print to file and attached.

REALLY NEED an Answer to this issue. The license says it is only good for 7 days with out activation. Don't need bestsync to stop working have production files being utilized for it. PLEASE RESPOND.

Please confirm if there is the antivirus software or firewall software blocks BestSync from communicating with the online activation server.
Please stop this kind of software during activation the license, or please confirm if you are using the latest version of BestSync (2018).

Disabled Symantec endpoint protection and was able to activate license. Thanks for the suggestion.
