Using the latest version of Bestsync. We have a task that when the intermediate file copy option is selected the output file is corrupted. This is a large file that takes a couple of minutes to transfer. What do you need to further investigate this issue.

Could you please tell me what file systems the task is synchronizing with?

The source is a unix server, and the destination is a windows 2008 server.

Does the task synchronize folders by FTP protocol?
If it is, due to the fault of the FTP protocol (The control channel is in idle for long time while the data channel is sending large file, the network may disconnect the control channel, this causes the problem).
May be you need to use the WEBDAV protocol to synchronize the unix server and windows server.

This only started to happen when we upgraded to version 2018. This is an SFTP process that transfers the files. When we turn off the intermediate file option the file transfers ok. With this option selected the file comes over corrupted. This has now happened on TWO SFTP processes.
