Create folder automatically

Is there a way inside your app to create a new folder destination based on the source folder...automatically?

Issue:
I have to manually select the folder source and destination

Need:
to manually select source but NOT have to select or create a destination folder by clicking the create folder or typing the name.

Note: Trying to avoid having to create a batch file or powershell script for this. If you have a batch or ps1 script for this please share a link/git. If there's no other solution.
