Using BestSync to remove files, how to preserve the sub-folder structure?

I use BestSync to remove files, but BestSync removes files and subfolders, how to let BestSync preserver the sub-folder structure?
When moving files, BestSync removes empty folders.
If you want to preserve the folder, you can add a file called “no_remove.no_remove” to the folder, then exclude the file in the file filtering setting.
Or just exclude all the files that called “no_remove.no_remove” from the context menu of the preview windows.
