SFTP File Transfer

I am trying to create a transfer from a folder to an external openssh server.
when i try and create "folder 2", i can fill in the details including adding the private key in advanced settings.
every time it tries to connect it says that i have to initialize SFTP, but i don't know where to do this.
the documentation only describes FTP and not SFTP.

any help would be much appreciated.
