bestsync not logging

bestsync not logging

hi,
i noticed that when we do view logs, log is empty for all the task. but in reality there are activities going on even service.log do not records any activities. Its been running for more than 1 week . see attached file.
have installed the bestsync under a different user account (not Administrator account)

bestync version: 2024 19.0.0.1 64bit
windows : 2019 std

pls advise how can we resolve this.

hi, im also seeing lots application sid does not match conductor id in event viewer. dont know if this has something to do with the issue

Application 'C:\Program Files\RiseFly\BestSync\BestSyncApp.exe' (pid 2752) cannot be restarted - Application SID does not match Conductor SID..

I can see that no TaskList.fsl has been created.
Please try to save the task list to another folder by "File"/"Save as" menu to see if the problem can be resolved.

right now, there are entries when i view the log of each task.
but service.log , the entries are these (see belosw). is this normal in previous version all transfer made are also listed here?

so i tried your suggestion to go to file menu save as in different folder (d:\log\bestsync).
but only 3 files got created tasklist with the ff:extensions xfsf,fss,xresult. no file fsl is created

If the tasks are "Run as Service", the log file are saved in "C:\ProgramData\RiseFly\BestSync", please check if there is service.fsl in the folder.
If BestSync can not save log to the file, you can try to delete the file to let BestSync create it again.
