BestSync suitable for Outlook 2002 (XP)

Dear folks,
I'm trying to synchronize my Outlook data between home and office via USB stick.
At work, I'm using Outlook 2002 (also knwon as Outlook XP). At home I'm using Outlook 2010 64-bit on Windows 7.
I couldn't manage yet to store Outlook data on the stick in the office. BS only creates a folder structure for different Outlook data types (contacts, appointments, rtc.) but doesn't send any data.
The home side is working properly.
Is BS compatible with Outlook 2002 or are there any conflicts with Outlook in conjunction with Exchange Server?
Reagrds, Dirk
