When I run the regcloud.bat batch file, I get the error indicated below. I am running on Windows 2008 R2 as an administrator (i.e., I'm an administrator and I ran my command prompt with "Run as Administrator"). I have .NET 2.0 and .NET 4.0 "Client Profile" and "Extended" installed on the machine.
RegAsm : error RA0000 : An error occurred while saving the exported type library: Access is denied. (Exception from HRESULT: 0x80070005 (E_ACCESSDENIED))

Please start the command prompt as administrator , then run regcloud.bat again.

Sorry for replying you late, but we can not recreate the problem in our test environments.
Please try the following steps to see if the problem can be avoided.
1. Download an install .NET 3.5, and copy RegAsm.exe and regasm.exe.config form ,NET 35 install folder to BestSync install folder.
2. Right click on "RegAsm.exe", show it property, select "Compatibility" tab, Check "Run this program as an administrator" check box, click OK.
3. Start the command prompt as administrator , then run regcloud.bat again.

This problem seemed to have solved itself with 7.1.0.0.
