System Shutdown Error

Hello,
I have just installed a 30 day trial of this software and each time I shutdown or reboot my pc, the following error occurs:
"The instruction at 0x77bf57af referenced memory at 0x00000000. The memory could not be read.
Click OK to terminate the program." (screenshot attached).
Any ideas please?

Could you please confirm this problem on the newest version once again?
BestSync 7.2.XX has fixed a similiar problem.

I can confirm that this problem now seems to be resolved with the latest version.

I spoke too soon as the error has returned even with latest version.
It's the same error as in screenshot above, plus an additional error that occurs at shut down but it's too fast to capture the details.
It said something about c+++ runtime error?

Edit : I managed to grab a screenshot of the errors that now occur at reboot or shutdown.
I am using Windows 7 X64. If I exit Bestsync from the system tray before shutdown, then the errors don't occur!

We are testing the problems, but have not recreated the error yet.
Please give us time to fix the problem. May be you can test the new ver 7.2.14.

It is reported that this problem may be caused by disabling the page file of Windows System.
