TIme Stamp for replicated file / folder

I am using Bestsyn 2012. I have not been able to find any settings that allow for a replication to prevent older files overwriting newer files. E.g. I am uploading to a FTP site. The site has some data there already. If the file exist then and the date is later on the FTP site I dont want it to copy it. Is there a way accomplishing this?

Sorry, BestSync has not this option.
But why not let BestSync synchronize the files once, After the folders are synchronized, BestSync will not copy unchanged files.
