I am looking for a utility that does the following.
1. Logs on to a remote FTP site.
2. Downloads any files found on the site to a network share (Windows).
3. Validates that the files downloaded successfully.
4. If the file downloaded successfully, delete it from the remote FTP site.
Does your software do this?

Here is the answer of you questions:
1. Logs on to a remote FTP site.
>Yes, BestSync 2012 can logon to the remote FTP site automatically.
2. Downloads any files found on the site to a network share (Windows).
>Yes, BestSync 2012 can detect changed/updated files and download them to a network shared folder.
3. Validates that the files downloaded successfully.
>BestSync 2012 ensures that the files are downloaded correctly, and error happens during download will be reported, and BestSync will tries to download failed files again.
4. If the file downloaded successfully, delete it from the remote FTP site.
>You can just select the “Delete the source files(==Movinf file)” option in the “Delete” setting. When a file is downloaded successfully, it is deleted from the FTP server.
If one file is not downloaded successfully, BestSync will not delete it from the FTP server.
