"Detect File Moved" Not Working?

The "Detect File Moved" option doesn't seem to be working for me. See the attached screen captures.

In the second screen capture, I've circled the file being moved (renamed). Bestsync is not moving / renaming the file but rather deleting and retransmitting.

As you can see from the 2nd screen capture, I do have backups enabled. Is the backup option confusing the "Detect File Moved" feature?

I also have the multi-thread option enabled. Could this be confusing the "Detect File Moved" feature?

If you have renamed the file, BestSync will not detect the moving. Because BestSync will not compare the whole file content.
