I am sorry if this question has been answered before, I have purchased the premium copy of best sync and setup outlook sync with an ftp server,

When the pst changes on the source best sync uploads the entire pst again not the changes, is there a way to get it to only sync the changes

Please do not synchronize the folder that Outlook uses to save PST files directly, instead select "Outlook" in Folder1. This way uses MAPI, only synchronize new emails and contacts, even Outlook is running, it still can synchronize with it.
