Tasks running but I don't see the tasks in the interface

I'm using version 8.0.1.5 and I had a user create a sync task to run as a service. The task runs and I can see that in the service.log file but when I open Bestsync, I can't see the task. Where can I look for tasks that are not listed in the "run a service" tab?
Thanks,
John

It may be a bug, please download and try BestSync 8.0.18. Open the tasks bu double click it then click the "Finish" button.

Please try the following solution:
1. Leave impersonate account be empty.

2. Setup a login account in "BestSync Service" of the "Service Manager" of the Control Panel.
