Impossible to add a Network Folder

Hi,
Trying desperately to modify the destination folder which is on the Network. After browsing for the folder and clicking OK, the result is blank (just a red line in the destination window) and it's not possible to edit it manually. If I change the interface language to French I still get this problem and in addition the "\\" is coming up as "¥¥" in the top droplist.
All the tasks imported from 2012 are working fine, BUT impossible to modify them for a new Network destination folder. I really need this to work and can provide any details required. My OS is Windows 7 Ultimate FRENCH, which might be the problem...

Hello,

We'll investigate this issue.
If you can not add the folder by the browser, you can also drag&drop to folder the edit box.

If BestSync is running as Administrator, you can not drag the folder from Windows Explorer.
Please exit BestSync once, then run BestSync (not "Run as Administraor") again.

I thought I'd try and re-in stall BestSynch and ran into a Licensing Problem :

I bought an upgrade License from Premium to Ultimate and didn't keep the original Premium License details. Now it's asking me to enter the Premium License Number ( which I no longer have... ) BEFORE I can enter the Ultimate License Number.

Help!

Please send me your license code by email (risefly(a)risefly.com), I will try to find your old license, and combine the old license with the upgrade license to a new license code for you.

I have sent the e-mail as requested. Found another bug but waiting to reinstall to see if it goes away by itself...

It has been fixed in the version 8.0.30, please try the new version.
