Are there any plans for syncing directly to SkyDrive? If so, any estimate on when feature might be released?

We are supporting SkyDrive now, may be you need to wait one or two month.

You can download the beta version of BestSync on the download page now.
The new beta version supports synchronizing with Microsoft SkyDrive and Google Drive.
