Hi there
I am using Windows 7 and have noticed that there are two instances of bestsyncapp.exe running, visible in Taask Manager as well as two icons showin on the task bar. This isn't normal is it? If not, how do I find out what's causing it? I am running the latest version "English Version Ver8.0.3.0(64Bit)" with a "Business Licence".

Please click the "Option"/"option" menu, click the "General" tab, and uncheck "Start BestSync when window starts" option, click OK.
Then click the "Option"/"option" menu again, click the "General" tab, and check "Start BestSync when window starts" option, click OK.
Reboot the PC, to see if the above steps can solve this problem.
