Password on ZIP file if Backup Archiving System is activate

Hi

Only in Output direction, if i try to open the file inside the Zip, the system ask me the Password.

Why ?

I don't have setup any password.

There is a way to avoid this problem ?

Have you setup a password on the ZIP folder?
If it is, the backup zip file is also protected by password.

After some investigation, i find that BestSync set the same password using by FTP..

Strange...

Is a Bug or a setup of Best Sync ?
I can disable ?

I have exactly the same problem. I don't know yet, if the problem will vanish with the nenew version, my main problem at the moment is:
How can I access the backups? What's the password set?

This is a bug, and has been fixed.
The password is the password of the FTP account, or network file system.

We downloaded the new version after this post, the version info now shows Ver8.0.5.5. The problem still persists. Do we have to do additional steps?
We cannot access the backups: They are in the filesystem, produced by the Bestsync Service under the local System account, so there is no accessible password. Which password shall we use to access the backups?
This is a really serious problem for us.

I Have reinstall the sw on another server.
Now i have the Version 8.0.6.2

I don't have activated any Encryption.
Finally, the issue happen always on OUT direction.
