Bestsync Ultimate V8.0.6.3 64 bit on a Windows 2008 server standard performing a realtime sync of two folders to a NAS will over a week bleed into memory and consume all resources freezing the server. This forces a server reboot and we have noticed files are deleted from the server never to be seen again.

We changed the setup to scheduled sync where the two folders are sync'ed 2 hours apart with each folder sync task being set 4 hours apart... Still bleeds into memory and freezes the server.

We are using real time sync to manage a very large number thousands of files, where only 75 are touched in a day. Why is this happening?

This is not acceptable for a paid application that claims to be so incredibly easy to use.

Hello,

Does the task run as a service?
If so, please try the following trick to see if the problem can be resolved:

Also, please note, if there are huge number of files under the folder, the management data may use up the physical memory.
It is recommend that you setup multiple tasks, each task synchronize with a sub-folder. And let these task run one by one (by the "Application" setting). In this way, the tasks should not be run in real-time mode, because the real-time mode is running all the time, it will not clear the used memory.

Best regards
