Moving To Another Computer

We're moving from one Windows 7 computer to another Windows 7 computer. Presumably, with Easy Transfer the folder structures and files should stay intact. However when I do my first FTP sync with BestSync 2012 using the exported Task from the old computer, will it resume from where we left off at the old computer or will it attempt to do a complete backup from scratch? We have around 200GB of data and need to plan accordingly if it will start from scratch.

BestSync can resume from the old computer, if the following conditions can be met:
1: You copy the files from the old computer.
2. FTP server supports setting time-stamp of uploaded files (one of MDTM, MFMT, UTIME command).
3. FTP server supports MLSD command to get accurate time-stamp when list files in FTP server.
If the FTP server does not support the above point 1 and point 2, please click "Action"/"Customized preview"/"Synchronize time-stamp only" once to synchronize the time-stamp of the same file first, then BestSync can resume from the status of the old computer.
