zip file error

I cannot sync to a zip file at all. i have tried from a local file to a local folder and from a local folder to a network drive. same error. access denied on destination. regular sync works perfect. bestsync version 9.0.6.2 Ultimate edition.

I have created a task to zip a folder to a ZIP file, the result is OK.
Could you please check if you have the privilege to create the ZIP file in the target folder.
