Task not working sync file folder

I'm tried to sync 5 local file folder with a external hard drive in the same computer but just one is not working, is not showme a error star scanning but , and stop scanning and not start syn and the status show "last time: Has not synchronized" Success:0 Filed:0

Please try the new BestSync 2015 (beta) from the download page to see if the problem can be resolved.
If the task still does not synchronize the folders, please click the "Option"/"View Log File" to see if there is any error when sync the folders.
