License emailadres

I want to upgrade from a BestSync 2012 version to the 2014 version. I notice however that my license is under an old emailadres which does not exist anymore.

How can I best change my emailadres? I tried sending a direct email but did not get a response.

After you order the upgrade license, please tell me your new license and old license (mail to risefly@risefly.com).
I will send you the new license under your new email.
