Hi,

I already done that.
I've noticed that tasks with "Real-Time Sync" are working without any errors.
Only tasks with schedule (task that run every hour, for example) are stuck with "Synchronizing" status.

I have just upgraded to BestSync 7.3.10, and now I also have this problem.
Before the upgrade, I had 7.2.something, and it worked perfect. Never a problem with syncronizing-hang. Now I have it all the time, on several installations.
Hope we can find a solution for this problem, or else it is unusable for us.

Same problem here.

Using BestSync 2012 English Version Ver7.3.1.0(64Bit)

It is really worthless as we cannot trust it and there is no way we can get notified of it failing, so we need to check every day if it is working or it has stuck.

Since version 7.3.10, BestSync has released 12 fixes, please try the latest version to see if the problem has been resolved.

Updated to the latest version, we'll see if this is fixed.
Also, we have English Version Ver7.2.1.5(64Bit) in another server in the same network and it is working perfectly and has never hang (both were deployed a few months ago).

I am sad to say the same problem is happening again, jobs are stuck in the "running" window and they are not actually running (and I left them for a couple months to see if it fixed itself, but it didn't)... any fix or idea for this problem?

I am running Ver7.3.2.2(64Bit) and all jobs are set up to run as service.

Are some of the tasks using Volume Shadow Copy?
We have fixed a bug from BestSync 2013 Version 8.0.13, the bug may cause the task "hang" when the task fails to create the VSS volume.
Please download and try Bestsync 2013.

No, none of the tasks is using VSS.
There are 11 tasks, and they all are scheduled to run every 15 minutes.
Is it possible that if 2 or 3 tasks overlap, then this problem appears?

Task overlap is not the problem.
Could you please export one of the tasks that may keep in "Synchronizing" status and send it to risefly(A)risefly.com, so that we can investigate the problem.

I sent you an email with the exported task attached.
It was only yesterday that I restarted all stuck tasks, and today I found one of them stuck again. The status was “Scheduled in queue”.
