550 SSL/TLS Error

I just upgraded from a very old version (2011) of BestSync to the latest version. One of my FTP connections stopped working after the upgrade. I've attached the message that I am receiving. Files are sent to a server owned by a local IT guy. I don't think that there is any kind of formal certificate for the site. How do I get this issue resolved? Thank you.

The error from the FTP server says that it need the TLS/SSL to connect to the FTP server.
Please try to select [Implicit TLS/SSL] or [Explicit TLS/SSL] option to see if the error can be resolved.

Please confirm whether the FTP port is 990 or something else.

I was able to get this resolved with the correct settings from my local developer. I appreciate your feedback.
